SonCV started from a simple frustration: most online resume tools make you create an account, upload your personal documents to someone else’s server, and lock useful feedback behind a paywall.

We build the opposite — free tools that run entirely in your browser.

What SonCV offers

A step-by-step builder with modern templates. Your data stays in your browser — nothing is uploaded.

2. ATS Checker (/ats-checker/)
Paste your resume and get a practical checklist-style review: keyword coverage, formatting issues that confuse applicant tracking systems, and readability.

3. Resume Templates (/resume-templates/)
A gallery of clean, ATS-friendly templates you can preview and use with the builder.

4. Career guides (/blog/)
Practical, framework-based articles on resume writing — quantifying achievements, tailoring your resume to job descriptions, and understanding how hiring systems parse documents.

Our principles

• Privacy first. All tools process your data locally in your browser via JavaScript. We never see, store, or transmit your resume content.
• Free core tools. The builder, checker, and templates are free. If we ever add paid features, the core tools stay free.
• No fear-mongering. We don’t claim “75% of resumes are rejected by bots” to sell you something. We explain what we can verify and link to sources.
• Reader-supported. If SonCV ever uses affiliate links, they’ll be disclosed — see our Affiliate Disclosure.
