If something isn’t working — for example, the PDF download looks off or a template misbehaves — please include:

• What you were doing when it happened
• Your browser and device (e.g. Chrome on Windows, Safari on iPhone)
• A screenshot, if possible

The more detail you give us, the faster we can fix it.

A note on privacy

Our resume tools run entirely in your browser — we never see the resume text you paste or the resumes you build. So there is no need to attach your resume when contacting us; a description of the issue is enough.
